In addition, to make the transport viable, we require a minimum billing volume of 2 cubic meters. This equals about 15 standard boxes. If your shipment is smaller, we highly recommend checking it in as excess baggage or using an express courier like DHL.

Airlines are extremely strict regarding cargo safety. For this reason, we cannot accept boxes packed by the client.
Instead, the Wisse Moving technical team will pack everything securely at your residence. This way, we generate an exact professional inventory and prevent any prohibited items from boarding the plane.
Strict flight restrictions
Air transport is subject to strict airline safety rules. First of all, the ban on liquids is absolute: no gels, perfumes, creams, or aerosols can travel in your shipment.
Likewise, there is a strict “zero batteries” policy. Therefore, laptop batteries or conventional batteries (AA or AAA) are not allowed. You must remove them from any watch, remote control, or toy before our team starts packing your moving to Dubai.
Customs: Documentation required to enter the Emirates
Importing your goods requires having your documentation in order. For the departure from Spain, you must provide a valid ID (DNI/NIE) or Passport.
On the other hand, for customs clearance upon entering Dubai, it is mandatory to provide:
